Cicada shell
The cicada shell is a bug you catch on hardwood/cedar trees. In the northern hemisphere look for it in Jul – Aug, at any time of day. It can only appear after you have caught 50 bugs. Nook's Cranny pays 10 Bells, Flick pays 15 Bells.
An empty husk clinging to hardwood and cedar trunks in summer, and since it never moves it cannot escape. It appears after 50 bug catches and sells for just 10 Bells, but it still fills a museum spot.
