Spider

The spider is a bug you catch shaking trees (hardwood or cedar only). In the northern hemisphere it is around all year, from 7 PM – 8 AM. Nook's Cranny pays 600 Bells, Flick pays 900 Bells.

Shake hardwood or cedar trees at night and a spider may drop down on its thread, where it hangs while you line up a calm swing. Have your net out first, as a wasp nest can fall instead.
