Pill bug

The pill bug is a bug you catch from hitting rocks. In the northern hemisphere look for it in Sep – Jun, from 11 PM – 4 PM. Nook's Cranny pays 250 Bells, Flick pays 375 Bells.

Bash a rock with a shovel or axe and a pill bug may tumble out, though from late afternoon you get centipedes instead. Swap to your net quickly, and expect none in the hottest months.
