Mole cricket
The mole cricket is a bug you catch underground (dig where noise is loudest). In the northern hemisphere look for it in Nov – May, at any time of day. Nook's Cranny pays 500 Bells, Flick pays 750 Bells.
Listen for chirping coming from underground between late autumn and spring, and follow it until the sound is loudest. Dig there with a shovel, then switch to your net quickly before it scurries off.
