Gallant statue
Gallant statue is a statue based on "David" by Michelangelo. Jolly Redd sells it from his boat for 4,980 Bells, but it may be a forgery, so check before you buy. Donate the genuine piece to the museum to fill the art gallery.
Michelangelo's towering marble of the biblical hero David, carved from a single block and seen as a high point of the Italian Renaissance.
How to spot the forgery
Check his side. The fake David has a book clamped under his arm against his hip. The genuine statue carries no book at all.
