Dimetrodon torso

Dimetrodon torso is one of the 2 pieces of the Dimetrodon fossil. Dig up fossils at the cracks on the ground, have Blathers assess them, then donate it to the museum or sell spares for 5,000 Bells.

Dimetrodon hunted in the Permian, long before any dinosaur appeared. Its tall back sail makes it look like one, but it was a synapsid, part of the same branch of life that later produced mammals.
