Common butterfly

The common butterfly is a bug you catch flying. In the northern hemisphere look for it in Sep – Jun, from 4 AM – 7 PM. It hides when it rains. Nook's Cranny pays 160 Bells, Flick pays 240 Bells.

One of the first bugs most players catch, fluttering about in the daytime on dry days for most of the year apart from high summer. Walk rather than run, and swing when it dips low near you.
