Citrus long-horned beetle
The citrus long-horned beetle is a bug you catch on tree stumps. In the northern hemisphere it is around all year, at any time of day. It hides when it rains. Nook's Cranny pays 350 Bells, Flick pays 525 Bells.
Look on tree stumps on dry days. Chop a few trees down with an axe and leave the stumps around your island to give stump beetles more places to appear.
